International Orders – Customs Duties & Tariffs

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees as determined by the destination country. These charges ARE NOT included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by country, and we have no control over these charges nor can we predict their amount.

Refusal to Pay Customs Fees:

If an international shipment is refused, delayed, abandoned, or returned due to the customer’s failure or refusal to pay required customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes, the following applies:

• No returns will be accepted
• No refunds will be issued
• Shipping costs will not be refunded
• Any additional fees incurred due to refusal or abandonment are the responsibility of the customer

Once an order has shipped internationally, it is considered FINAL SALE

Returned or Undeliverable International Packages:

International packages returned to us for reasons related to customs non-payment, refusal, or import restrictions are not eligible for refund or store credit, even if the package is successfully returned to us.

Customer Responsibility:

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• They are responsible for understanding their country’s import laws and fees
• They accept all risks related to customs clearance
• Failure to comply with customs requirements does not constitute grounds for a return, refund, or chargeback
